Very bad hygiene in the room and restaurant. The staff will not put effort to solve the issue and will never escalate the matter. Very bad furniture and outdated, the furniture very dirty and toilet was not cleaned

Worth it to stay, good customer service keep it up. Weel maintained apartments, clean. Definitely will going back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with all our needs. We were also allowed to park our car in the basement for no charge for the 3 days we stayed there. The apartment is located close to Karama which is walking distance to shops and restaurants

We were 6 adults but there was only 1 bottle of water provided for the room each day and the coffee, sugar and milk did not cater for 6 people having a cup of coffee each morning. That could be improved but when we asked for something e.g. additional toilet rolls they were provided. The address of the apartment also needs to be more clear for the benefit of taxi and Uber drivers. There are multiple Golden Sands Hotels in the area and our hotel was Golden Sands Hotels and Apartments 10 which needs to be entered in Google maps to locate the venue

The location is very convenient. The staff are quite helpful and very courteous, especially Ms Khin at the front desk was very helpful and assisted me when I had to extend my stay. Sachin from the restaurant/ room service was very friendly and good at his work.

It was a bit noisy at times.

Things to improve:- Received whatsapp instructions with locations in property #3 while my reservation appeared to be in property #10. I had to off load and load luggages back in my vehicle.- Fees collected online same day of arrival while I chose to pay at property (this is not acceptable by neither hotel nor booking.com, really shame to do that). I will seriously consider different options other than booking.com and this hotel if it happens again. If the hotel wants to collect the money online, then that should be indicated prior to booking the room.- Shower head is fixed on wall, good to upgrade and make it flexible.- Complementary water is only 1 big bottle per day, I leave it to the hotel to decide if that is enough for 3 bed brooms apartment occupied by 6 people. Also, it was not provided second day.

Very spacious rooms and very clean. Beds are comfortable and I love the location. Breakfast is good but after a few days it’s the same variety. I always come back to this hotel.

They could add more variety but over all it’s decent.
